The first Artists & Makers Fair (www.artistsandmakersfairs.co.uk) of 2025 is on Saturday 8th March (10.00 to 16.00) at Caversham Methodist Church and Hall, on the corner of Ardler and Gosbrook Roads.
All exhibitors have to design and make their own goods and most hail from Caversham and the surrounding area. We will also be running our popular “Lobby Café” serving cakes with all drinks proceeds going to charity. This month’s charity is Smart Works, a Reading based charity that helps unemployed women get back into work. In December we raised £110 for Reading Samaritans. There is a free children’s colouring competition, and the event is dog friendly.
Entrance is free and there is plenty of free on street car parking but its not far to walk from central Caversham.
